Where you opt in
SMS consent is collected on the booking flow during the guest details step, next to the phone number field.
The consent language shown
By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS from SoFlo Fishing and Adventures about booking confirmations, reminders, and schedule updates. Msg freq may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent not required for purchase.
- The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.
- SMS consent is collected separately from other consents (e.g., terms acceptance).
